Here is your Sussex travel update for this morning (Wednesday, March 31).

An accident on the A27 is causing delays today.

According to the AA, the incident involving a motorbike happened in Falmer Hill near B2123 The Drove.

Police are en route to investigate.

On the A23 there is queueing traffic on London Road both ways at Tongdean Lane in Patcham, near Brighton, in the construction area. Temporary traffic lights are in place.

Elsewhere in the county, there is slow traffic on the A27 eastbound from A24 Findon Road (Offington Corner) to Sompting Road.

There is also queueing traffic on the A27 Polegate Bypass both ways between A22 Polegate Road (Cophall Roundabout) and Brown Jack Avenue in the construction area, with ongoing lane closures.
