Sussex traffic report – the incidents, closures, and works on the roads this morning

The roads are relatively clear, with no incidents reported currently.

In Crawley there are restrictions and roadworks on A2004 Northgate Avenue at Woodfield Road.

In Hove there is no right turn for traffic control measures on A270 Eastbound at Hove Recycling Centre.

At Normans Bay, near Bexhill, there is congestion on the A259 Barnhorn Road Eastbound at Sandhurst Lane, in the roadworks area. Temporary traffic lights are in place.

On the outskirts of Eastbourne, there are temporary traffic signals due to telecoms work on Maywood Avenue at Hazelwood Avenue.

In Hastings there are temporary traffic signals due to telecoms work on Castle Hill Road at Castle Hill Passage.

In Steyning, there are temporary traffic signals due to gas main work on Clays Hill both ways near Maudlin Lane.

In Worthing there are temporary traffic signals due to gas main work on Union Place near A259 High Street.

In Angmering there is gas main work on A259 New Road at B2140 Station Road.

At Pease Pottage, there are temporary traffic signals due to water main work on Barn Close at Horsham Road.

In Crawley there are restrictions due to construction on A2004 Northgate Avenue at Woodfield Road. Footpath closure and restrictions are in place outside Crawley Police Station.

In Chichester there are temporary traffic signals due to water main work on Carlisle Gardens at Norwich Road.
