VIDEO: Air ambulance lands on Worthing beach

Footage taken by a member of the public shows the air ambulance landing on Worthing beach this morning.

Police and ambulance services were called this morning after a woman was pulled from the water by quick-thinking members of the public.

The Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance was seen landing on Worthing beach.

However the woman died shortly after paramedics arrived.
