Two women were removed from a vehicle by fire crews following a two car collision in Worthing yesterday evening.

The fire service was called to reports of a collision in Castle Road, West Tarring, at 6.39pm (Tuesday, August 28).

Two fire engines and a heavy rescue tender were called to the scene.

Two adults were removed from a vehicle, the fire service confirmed.

Crew lefts the scene at 7.20pm.

Police said they believed the collision had occurred at low speed.
