UPDATE: A24 re-opened after overturned trailer sheds hay bales

Police closed the road at around 10am to deal with the accident.

The road was blocked in both directions at the Findon By-pass causing delays for those travelling to and from the Findon roundabout.

Police said the road was re-opened at around 11.15am.
