UPDATE: Man suffers '˜serious injuries' in collision with car

A man has been left with serious injuries following a collision with a car in Worthing this morning (August 2).

A man has been left with serious injuries following the collision

Emergency services were called to the collision in Newland Road, at around 10am.

The man, believed to be in his 60s, is being treated for serious injuries, said police.

The road was sealed off near Morrisons after the collision and reopened just before 11am.
