VIDEO: A day at Worthing beach office
“I HAVE the best view of any council office,” says senior foreshore inspector Graham Cherrett, as he trawls through a huge incident log from the past few weeks.
From dealing with troublesome youths, to the most dramatic of rescues, Worthing’s beach office deals with it all.
And it was this variety which impressed and interested Adur and Worthing councils’ new chief executive Alex Bailey, who was visiting the beach office on his latest stop on his tour of council facilities.
