VIDEO: Food retailer leaves Bognor Regis town centre

THE departure of a national fast food retailer will leave a gap in Bognor Regis town centre.

Fast food retailer Kentucky Fried Chicken vacated its prominent High Street outlet on Monday (January 28).

Signs on the windows of the premises stated: “We are sorry to say that this store has now closed.

“However we are pleased to be able to invite you to come and see us at our newly refurbished KFC Bognor Regis DT restaurant at Bognor Regis Retial Park, Shripney Road.”

The firm’s presence in Bognor will be maintained thanks to its outlet in Shripney Road, but, the closure of the High Street store will leave a hole in one of the town’s main shopping streets.
