VIDEO: Lord Lieutenant addresses veterans at medal ceremony
THE Lord Lieutenant of West Sussex, Susan Pyper, paid tribute to the efforts of servicemen who served on the Arctic Convoys during the Second World War, at a ceremony on Thursday.
Eight Arctic Star medal were presented to veterans and their families 68 years after the end of the war.
