The full list of nominees is also printed in tomorrow’s papers.

People are urged to pick a winner in each category and include their names on the form – just one name in each category.

We cannot accept photocopies – or print outs from the web version – but you can buy as many copies of the paper as you wish if you want to vote for the same person more than once.

Now in its sixth year, the Community Stars Awards are a chance for our readers to highlight the unsung heroes and top charities and events across the area.

This year’s awards ceremony is being held at the Dome Cinema, on Worthing seafront, on Thursday, November 13.

The doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

The event is free and everyone who has been nominated is invited to attend, along with the people who nominated them.

The evening will include a performance from the children from Westend Stars.

Radio personality Kevin King will host the awards and the winners will be presented with a trophy, £50 cash and a family day-pass to Butlins Bognor.

The deadline for voting is 5pm on Tuesday, November 4, and entries can be dropped off or sent to our offices in Chatsworth Road, Worthing, BN11 1NA.
