Weight off my mind

A Westergate nurse has gone from a 'mumsie' to a yummie mummy.

'I was also due to return to work and I wanted to look good '“ and I do.

'I feel much more energetic and my three-and-a-half year old son stops playing football before I do because he's the one in need of rest.'

Sharon (32) became slim through 14 weeks of attending the Weight Watchers' sessions held at 7pm on Tuesdays at South Bersted CoE Primary School in Church Lane by Zo Lysandrou.

As well as seeing her waistline re-appear, her reward for reaching her goal was a stunning pair of diamond earrings from her husband.
