WIN: Competitions to win gym memberships in Worthing and Rustington

We have a three-month Worthing Fit4 couple’s membership worth £200 up for grabs, which includes use of the fitness facilities at the Aquarena and the Worthing, Davison and Field Place leisure centres.

Every entrant who supplies an email address will be emailed a free guest pass.

Fit4 membership packages include use of the centres’ fitness suites, a gym induction and fitness programme updates, a choice of more than 130 fitness classes per week, use of the Aquarena swimming pool, sauna and steam room, trampolining courses, junior sport courses and classes and off-peak racquet sports.

The Esporta health club in Rustington has also come on board and has put up a six-month membership as a prize.
