WIN: Family tickets to Robots Live!

We are offering our readers the chance to win one of five sets of tickets to the show, featuring robots from the iconic television show, Robot Wars.

Robots Live! is on at Worthing Leisure Centre, in Shaftesbury Avenue, Worthing, on September 3 and 4.

Alan Young, one of the organisers, said: “Robots from all over Europe will be attending the event, including TV favourites such as Tornado, Bigger Brother, Behemoth and Storm 2.

“These are heavyweight machines weighing in at 100kg.

“Fighting alongside the well-known machines will be the wildcards – these haven’t yet had their success on TV so they have a point to prove.”

As well as the large machines, the audience will also get the chance to view the feather-weight fights, which can contain anything from four to 18 robots.

The crowds will also get to see humanoid robots interacting with the audience and have the chance to be exterminated by a Dalek.

Tickets cost £8 for children, £12 for adults and £35 for a family and can be purchased online at www.robotslive.co.uk, by calling 0844 870 0000 or from Worthing Leisure Centre.

Entries should include a name, address and contact number.

All entries should be received by 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday, August 31).
