Worthing adventure golfer heads to Kosovo

A Worthing man has represented Team Great Britain for the second time in the World Adventure Golf Masters 2016 which was held over two days in Kosovo.

Paul Preston, 41, of Collingwood Road, was one of 61 competitors taking part from 16 countries across the world, including the US and New Zealand.

Paul achieved an equal 35th place with an average round score of 59.8 shots and set a joint British record of 52.

He said: “It was an excellent experience, we received a very warm welcome from the Kosovan people and I cannot speak enough about their hospitality.

“I hope there will be future tournaments in Kosovo and be part of the Great Britain squad in future seasons.”
