Worthing and Chichester court results

The following are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates' courts from March 29 to April 1.

Timothy Evans, 32, of Blenheim Road, Yapton, was given three restraining orders and fined £95 after admitting causing £200 damage to a glass door belonging to Arun District Council in Yapton on December 24, 2015. He must pay £200 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also fined £140 for using threatening words or behaviour in Yapton on December 24, 2015.

Kiri Turner, 30, of Bridge Close, Goring, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink-driving limit (102mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Clapham on November 1, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with ten points.

Samuel Bray, 28, of Hudson Close, Durrington, was fined £355 and must pay £36 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (57mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on March 12, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Mitchell Hand, 23, of Heathcourt, St Flora’s Road, Littlehampton, was fined £130 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in Beaumont Park, Littlehampton, on November 16, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Sherwood, 25, of Bushby Close, Sompting, was given a community order and a restraining order after admitting assault by beating in Goring on September 20, 2015. He will be fined £40 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

James Wadhawan, 26, of Fetherston Road, Lancing, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (94mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Grinstead Lane, Lancing, on March 12, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance.

Jacob Guile, 23, of Tristram Close, Sompting, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (8.9µg/L Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in West Street, Sompting, on February 12, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months. He also admitted possessing cannabis, no separate penalty.

Nigel Lambert, 71, of Breach Close, Steyning, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (81mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Breach Close, Steyning, in March 14, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Jasmine Raggio, 20, c/o Shakespeare Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting stealing Martini worth £9 from Marks and Spencer, Worthing, on March 14, 2016. She must pay a total of £79.50 compensation for three offences taken into consideration and £15 victim surcharge.

Reece Blackwell, 25, of Roundstone Drive, East Preston, was fined £155 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (6.6µg/L Delta-9-THC per litre of blood) in Courtwick Road, Wick, on January 8, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Romans Hodoss, 33, of Dorset Close, Littlehampton, was fined £260 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving while unfit through drugs in Worthing on January 10, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Sian Cooper, 36, of Cambourne Court, Shelley Road, Worthing, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, between 8.30pm and 7am, after admitting drug-driving (232µg/L benzoylecgonine per litre of blood) in Shelley Road, Worthing, on January 2, 2016; and stealing whiskey worth £60 from Sainsbury’s, Rustington, on April 18, 2015. She must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty. She admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, which was revoked.

Haden Johnson, 30, of Eagles Close, Wick, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (119mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Ford Road, Arundel, on January 15, 2016. He was disqualified for driving for 14 months.

Shawn Kara, 33, of South Drive, Ferring, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (96mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in South Drive, Ferring, on March 15, 2016. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Sally Mayes, 18, of Clarendon Road, Shoreham, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting two charges of drug-driving (117mcg/L cocaine per litre of blood and 800mcg/L benzoylecgonine) in Manor Close, Southwick, on January 24, 2016; and . She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Elmantus Miseliunas, 24, of Selden Road, Worthing, was fined £178.66 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a vehicle that exceeded the maximum permitted load by 840kg.

Laura Watson, 24, of Aldington House, Wick, was given a community order with six-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 7am, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Littlehampton on October 13, 2015. She was given a restraining order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Timothy Crofton, 37, of Wills Close, Ford, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Marine Parade, Brighton, on October 3, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Maxmillian Stoor, 27, of Timberleys, Littlehampton, was fined £225 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in on the A27 Arundel on September 20, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Grant Mercado, 48, of Stanhope Road, Littlehampton, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on October 7, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Craig Payne, 42, of Meadowfield Road, Sompting, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, on November 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
