Worthing and Chichester court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from September 1 to 4.

Sheik Oderuth, 28, of Teville Road, Worthing, was fined £55 and must pay £215.40 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £225 costs, after admitting damaging a police vehicle in Clifton Road, Worthing, on April 3, 2015. He must also pay £75 compensation after admitting assaulting a police constable. No action was taken after he admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Tatenda Chitambo, 34, of Downsway, Shoreham, was fined £425 and must pay £43 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (90mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chapel Road, Worthing, on August 15, 2015. He also admitting failing to stop at a red light, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Brady Paine, 19, of Chesley Close, Durrington, was fined £280 and must pay £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drug-driving (THC) in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on May 20, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Dylan Parker, 39, of Belloc Road, Wick, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing electrical items from Wickes in Littlehampton on August 14, 2015.

Laura Brand, 30, of Shelby Road, Durrington, was discharged conditionally for 24 months after admitting stealing groceries worth £100.83 from Tesco, Worthing, on August 13, 2015. She must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

John Unsted, 35, of King George Road, Shoreham, was fined £180 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting obstructing a police constable. No action was taken after he admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

Richard Knibbs, 32, of Downview Road, West Worthing, was fined £165 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Worthing on July 23, 2015.

Terry Green, 18, of Berriedale Drive, Sompting, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £625 costs, after being found guilty of using threatening words or behaviour in Shoreham on January 2, 2015.

Jude Fitzgerald, 40, of St Giles Close, Shoreham, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Madeline Thistlethwaite, 67, of Overstrand Avenue, Rustington, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to stop at a red light in Upper Brighton Road, Sompting, on April 11, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Victor Venn, 83, of Brecon Close, Salvington, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without reasonable consideration in Salvington Road, Durrington, on December 19, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Jayne Chidgey, 48, of Timberleys, Littlehampton, was fined £240 and must pay £240 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Worthing Road, East Preston, on May 27, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Timothy Austin, 27, of Pelham Road, Worthing, was fined £213 and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving over 70mph on the A27 Patching on April 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He was also fined £213 and his driving record endorsed with three points after admitting using a vehicle with a faulty tyre.

Pauline Cheesman, 42, of St Elmo Road, Worthing, was fined £133 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Mill Road, West Worthing, on April 21, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Shaun Fitzpatrick, 25, of St Roberts Lodge, Sompting Road, Lancing, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A27 Lancing on April 14, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Louise Forster, 23, of Broadwater Road, Broadwater, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Boundary Road, Portslade, on March 7, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Philip Atherton, 60, of High Street, Tarring, was fined £85 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to stop at a red light on the A24 Dial Post on May 18, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Balasubramaniam Balagagenthan, 35, of Manor Parade, Salvington Road, Worthing, was fined £175 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to stop at a red light on the A24 Buck Barn on April 26, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Laura Kelly, 31, of Cotswold Road, Durrington, was fined £345 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courst charge, after admitting driving without insurance in Cotswold Road, Durrington, on May 11, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points. She also admitted driving without a licence and driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty.

Vladimir Maca, 34, of Mile Oak Road, Southwick, was fined £65 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Kingsway on October 25, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Steven Brown, 22, of Patching Close, Goring, was fined £125 and must pay £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating.

David Burton, 76, of Maltravers Court, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, was fined £150 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required by police. His driving record was endorsed with 12 points.

Christopher Fuller, 62, of Broadwater Street West, Broadwater, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (86mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Warren Road, Worthing, on August 19, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

David Lochrie, 46, of Radnor Road, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting stealing a £115 coat from Beales, Worthing, on August 11, 2015. He must pay £115 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Kestutis Urbstanaitis, 27, of Greenfields, Wick, was fined £270 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (169mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, on May 22, 2015. He also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence, no separate penalty. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

Nicholas Davis, 53, of Northway Road, Wick, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting breaching a restraining order by making contact while prohibited.

Ferdinand Lambert, 54, of Goring Road, Goring, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (123mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in The Strand, Goring, on July 18, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Tracey Baker, 32, of Joyce Close, Wick, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Southfields Road, Littlehampton, on March 27, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Benn, 54, of Milton Avenue, Rustington, was fined £262 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A2037 Small Dole. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Hasan Demirbas, 45, of Dinsdale Gardens, Rustington, was fined £68 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Broadwater Road, Broadwater, on April 24, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Katherine Francis-Browne, 35, of Albert Road, Rustington, was fined £562 and must pay £56 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Shoreham. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Ruby Paterson, 41, of King Stone Avenue, Steyning, was fined £75 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Kingsway, Hove, on February 20, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

George O’Neill, 58, of Onslow Drive, Ferring, was given three restraining orders and must pay £250 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on June 23, 2015. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £27 compensation after admitting causing £27 damage to paving slabs.

David Allen-Wheatley, 69, of Loxley Gardens, Bulkington Avenue, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £620 costs, £1,000 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of sexual touching of a woman in Shoreham on June 27, 2015.

Alexandra Capone, 40, of Marine Parade, Worthing, was given a restraining order, fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £300 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing items worth £10.17 from Spar, Heene Road, Worthing, on June 27, 2015.

Adam Collard, 44, of Holmcroft Gardens, Findon, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Offington Lane, Worthing, on October 23, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.
