Worthing and Chichester court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from August 17 to 21.

Annabella Landsberg, 43, of Clifton Court, Clifton Road, Worthing, admitted three charges of assaulting a police constable on August 7, 2014, and two charges of assault by beating on May 6, 2015. She given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, for each offence, to run concurrently, and must pay a total of £100 compensation, £200 costs. She was also found guilty of disorderly behaviour while drunk in Victoria Park on June 13, 2014, and affray on October 29, 2014, no separate penalty. She also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Teville Road, Worthing, on March 12, 2015; stealing £10 at Worthing Railway Station on March 21, 2015; abd using threatening words or behaviour in Clifton Road on May 13, 2015, no separate penalty.

Peter Williams, 41, of Wordsworth Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting three charges of breaching a sexual offences prevention order, by possessing an XBox 360 and smartphone with internet access, and a mobile phone with camera. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Stephen Wilson, 25, of Clifton Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting resisting a police constable on July 7, 2015; and resisting a police constable on November 27, 2014. A conditional discharge order made on November 27, 2014, was revoked.

Andrius Jackunas, 31, of Timberleys, Littlehampton, was fined £405 and must pay £41 victim surcharge, £300 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of drink-driving (87mg of alcohol in 100ml breath) in New Road, Littlehampton, on June 7, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Rees Leverton, 24, of Littlehampton Road, Worthing, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £300 costs, £150 criminal courts charge after admitting assault by beating on April 21, 2015. He also admitted destroying a car key valued at £150, no separate penalty.

Deejay Aldridge, 20, of Marina Court, Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Railway Approach, Worthing, on July 3, 2015.

Sergei Kolpakov, 53, of St Augustine Road, Littlehampton, was fined £230 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (48mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in River Road, Littlehampton, on August 1, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 38 months.

Manuel Lopez, 58, of New Road, Littlehampton, was fined £230 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (83mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Broadpiece, Littlehampton, on August 1, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 45 months.

Daniel Yates, 25, of Antonia Court, Terminus Road, Littlehampton, was fined £235 and must pay £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Clifton Road, Littlehampton, on August 1, 2015. He was also fined £230 and must pay £150 compensation, £23 victim surcharge, after admitting causing £150 damage to a door.

Xavi Champion, 35, of Grand Avenue, Worthing, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 50mph speed limit on the A27 Crossbush on April 4, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Amadou Corr, 49, of Holmbush Way, Southwick, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without a licence on September 4, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Alan Gale, 33, of Rochester Close, Durrington, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Angmering on January 29, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Daniel Molloy, 26, of Orchard Road, East Preston, was fined £130 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph limit on the A24 Shipley on February 23, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Nicholas Butcher, 40, of Kings Road, Lancing, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guity of failing to identify a driver when required by police on May 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Benjamin Crispin, 34, of Elm Grove, Worthing, was fined £160 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on April 29, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Nigel Harewood, 52, of Steyning House, Middle Road, Lancing, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Brighton on April 8, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points. He was fined £200 after being found guilty of driving without a licence and was also found guilty of driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty.

Robert May, 54, of Princess Avenue, Worthing, was fined £307 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Patching on April 13, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Emmeline Perkins, 50, of Larkspur Close, Littlehampton, was fined £173 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over the 60mph limit on the A24 Dial Post on May 29, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.

Wendy Powys-Keck, 50, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, was fined £167 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph limit in The Boulevard, Goring, on April 8, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for six months.

Ian Bartle, 47, of King Edward Avenue, Broadwater, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving a vehicle that exceeded the 3,500kg maximum load by 760kg.

Gavin Cobby, 48, of Courtwick Lane, Wick, was fined £370 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Lyminster Road, Littlehampton, on April 7, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Robin Danks, 44, of Old Mead Road, Wick, was fined £200 and must pay £85 costs after being found guilty of driving without wearing a seat belt on March 12, 2015. He was also fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge after being found guilty of driving without a licence on the A284 Littlehampton on March 12, 2015. He was fined a further £400 after being found guilty of driving with an unfit front tyre. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Joanne Rowe, 38, of St Augustine Road, Littlehampton, was fined £200 after being found guilty of driving without a licence in Bridge Road, Littlehampton, on April 17, 2015. She was also fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.

Jake Smart, 23, of Downview Road, Worthing, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of using a hand-held phone while driving on the A27 Arundel on April 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Marc Walton, 43, of The Plantation, Salvington, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on April 3, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Michael Hickman, 60, of Princess Court, Lincett Avenue, Worthing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting theft of beer worth £3.50 from Tesco. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £60 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Heidi Zitouni, 35, of Hildon Park, Durrington, was fined £73 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in The Strand, Goring, on February 12, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.
