Worthing and Chichester court results

THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from August 3 to 7.

Dennis Davies, 24, of Onslow Drive, Ferring, was given a community order and a restraining order after admitting two charges of using threatening words or behaviour in Ferring on June 1, 2015, and sending a grossly offensive message on May 22, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Jonathan Mills, 49, of Beckworth Close, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting fraudulently evading duty on 16.6kg of hand rolling tobacco. He must pay £2,867.4 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robert Saunders, 42, of Chancton House, Goring Road, Steyning, was given a community order after admitting acting in a way likely to cause distress, contrary to an anti-social behaviour order. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Ian Utley, 43, of Gloucester Place, Littlehampton, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating. He was also fined £135 after admitting causing £40 damage to a mobile phone.

Timothy McDonald, 31, of Cobden Cottages, Sea Lane, Kingston Gorse, was fined £400 after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Littlehampton Road, Worthing, on March 12, 2014. He must also pay £40 victim surcharge and £200 costs. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Deborah Boston, 41, of Victoria Road, Southwick, was given a community order and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (141mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Victoria Road, Southwick, on July 17, 2015. She must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Rory Dunstall, 26, of Queen Street, Arundel, was fined £110 after admitting drug-driving (3.5mg of Delta-9-THC drug per litre of blood) in Littlehampton on May 29, 2015. He must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Stephen Gretton, 25, of Corbyn Crescent, Shoreham, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assault by beating at The Britannia in Lancing on July 16, 2015.

Dawid Jankowski, 18, of Faulkner Gardens, Wick, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving without insurance in Broad Piece, Littlehampton, on July 17, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Suzanne Blaney, 47, of Heene Court Mansions, Heene Terrace, Worthing, was fined £73 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting obstructing a police constable in Steyne Gardens, Worthing, on July 18, 2015. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly, no separate penalty.

Robin King, 61, of High Street, Tarring, was fined £230 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on August 31, 2014. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Amanda Lord, 43, of High Street, Angmering, was fined £225 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in West Parade, Worthing, on February 13, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Keith Matten, 65, of Upper Brighton Road, Lancing, was fined £265 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs,after admitting driving over the 50mph speed limit on the A27 in Broadwater. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Anabel Zelaya, 50, of Brookdean Road, East Worthing, was fined £90 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on March 22, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Rory Barber, 25, Kendal Close, Littlehampton, was fined £265 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit in Broxmead Lane, Bolney, on March 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Jamie Donbroski, 39, of Howard Street, Worthing, was fined £130 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 70mph speed limit on the A27 in Hangleton on March 18, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Abigail Feest, 26, of Carnegie Gardens, Broadwater, was fined £210 and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance in Marine Parade, Worthing, on January 22, 2015. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Kevin Lade, 53, of Ennerdale Drive, Sompting, was fined £175 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A283 in Fittleworth on March 8, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Jackunas Stanislovas, 54, of St Catherine’s Road, Littlehampton, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Arundel Road, Littlehampton, on February 25, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Raymond Thompson, 57, of Southdownview Road, Broadwater, was fined £190 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Broadwater Road, Worthing, on March 17, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Mark Ryan, 29, of Southcourt Close, Rustington, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in South Terrace, Littlehampton, on September 11, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Peter Hoyle, 37, of Twitten Way, Tarring, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 in Patching on June 28, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Marion Jordan, 50, of Heo Green, Wick, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance on the A272 in West Grinstead on March 8, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Radoslaw Kulakowski, 24, of Seamill Park Crescent, East Worthing, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Poulters Lane, Worthing, on March 6, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Steven Marks, 54, of Shirley Close, Rustington, was fined £200 and had to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of ignoring a no entry sign while driving on the A24 Washington on February 9, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Barrie Aspden, 54, of Fourth Avenue, Broadwater, was fined £150 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light on the A24 in Dial Post on February 12, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Paul Smith, 41, of East Ham Road, Littlehampton, was fined £140 after admitting obstructing a police constable in The Strand, Worthing, on August 10, 2014. He was also fined £420 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required by police. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months. He also admitted possessing cannabis, no separate penalty.

Mark Aylemore, 27, of Bramble Close, Durrington, was fined £35 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention in The Boulevard, Worthing, on March 3, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Teresa Haselgrove, 50, of Aldsworth Court, Aldsworth Avenue, Goring, was fined £268 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required by police. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Trevor Heath, 44, of Mash Barn Lane, Lancing, was fined £35 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting stealing two packets of washing powder worth £15.98 from Poundstretchers in Lancing on July 16, 2015.

Jordon Kennett, 35, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £235 and must pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drink in East Street, Chichester, on July 21, 2015.

Francis Young, 33, of Westcourt Road, Broadwater, was fined £110 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (43mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Westcourt Road, Broadwater, on July 22, 2015. She was also fined £110 after admitting driving without insurance and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Anthony O’Neill, 51, of Riverside Road, Shoreham, was fined £130 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Shoreham on February 27, 2015.

Peter Baker, of Heene Terrace, Worthing, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing a £119.99 pressure washer from Robert Dyas, Worthing, on April 7, 2015; handling stolen goods worth £125.95 from Argos, Worthing, on April 7, 2015; and stealing beer worth £10 from Tesco Express Worthing on May 11, 2015. He must pay £80 victim surcharge, £100 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
