Worthing Birdman snapper in court

A MAN spotted allegedly taking photos of children during the Worthing Birdman contest is set to appear in court.

James Christopher Tydd Chapman, 42, of Hazel Drive, in Ipswich, has been charged with outraging public decency.

He will appear on bail at Worthing Magistrates' Court on Monday, April 12.

Mr Chapman was seen at the Worthing flying event on Sunday, August 23, taking photos from the promenade.
