Nurse in charge Becky Holcroft receives the cheque from Electronic Temperature Instruments

The company is a digital thermometer manufacturer, based in Easting Close, East Worthing.

A cheque for £502 was recently presented to Bluefin Ward, which deals with paediatrics.

Commercial manager David Carter and employee Tim and his family visited the ward to make the donation to nurse in charge Becky Holcroft and members of the ward team.

The money was raised through a charity initiative at Christmas. Staff were challenged to make a donation to the ward, instead of sending Christmas cards.
