Worthing gets seal of approval

A SEAL came ashore in Worthing.

Tom Sturt, 19, who was working at Millets in Montague Street for the day, spotted the seal as he was walking along the promenade towards the pier, at about 11am on Tuesday, August 10.

He said: "As I was walking along I saw something that looked like a dog, but it wasn't moving in the same way a dog would.

"I moved down towards the pebbles and realised it was a seal.

"It was looking around and then it turned to go back into the sea just as I managed to take some photographs."
