Worthing Lions supports dog charity
WORTHING Lions has pledged to support assistance dog charity Canine Partners during its 25th anniversary year.
The charity will donate money raised from the Worthing Lions Seafront Festival, which is set to take place in July, to Canine Partners. It will support four local canine partnerships through a two-week residential course held at the Southern Training Centre in Heyshott, near Midhurst.
Malcolm Wells MBE, national speaker for Canine Partners, said: “We thank Worthing Lions for their donation which will really change the lives of four families for many years to come.”
