Worthing man rescued from fifth floor flat

A MAN had to be rescued from the window of his fifth floor flat in the early hours of this morning (Thursday, April 29).

Emergency services were called to the block of flats in Brighton Road, Worthing, at 2.30am to help a man who had a suspected heart attack.

Worthing fire fighters had to use equipment to take him out through the fifth floor window due to poor access problems in the block of flats.
