Worthing ticket wins National Lottery

ONE lucky lottery player in Worthing could be in possession of a jackpot-winning ticket worth more than £3million.

The ticket was bought in the Worthing area by someone who matched all six numbers in the Lotto draw on Saturday, October 31 '“ Hallowe'en night.

National Lottery organisers are urging people to check and double-check their old tickets.

The lucky numbers on the night were 12, 18, 26, 35, 40 and 44, with the top prize standing at a cool 3,204,588.

Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for the Hallowe'en night draw should call the special National Lottery Line: 0845 910 0000.

The lucky ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on Thursday, April 29, next year to make their claim.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the deadline, the prize-money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to the lottery's good causes fund.
