X Factor's Dermot O'Leary and Mike Skinner confirmed for Goodwood's Three Friday Nights events

X-FACTOR presenter Dermot O'Leary and Brit award-nominated artist Mike Skinner have been confirmed for this summer's Three Friday Nights.

The events, taking place in June, follow last year’s successes that saw Mark Ronson, Boy George and Chris Evans take to the turntables to entertain thousands of revellers on the racecourse.

Its three events offer a vibrant combination of racing, music and dancing between Friday, June 8, and Friday, June 22.

After dark, heels will replace hooves as the Parade Ring transforms into a unique music arena.

Thousands of visitors are again expected to flock to the stage after the horse racing for an evening filled with music and dancing at what is widely regarded as one of Britain’s most picturesque racecourses within the heart of Goodwood Estate.

As frontman for The Streets, Birmingham’s Mike Skinner, who will be appearing on Friday, June 22, has received a total of four Brit Award nominations.

Having his own radio show, Dermot O’Leary (pictured left), who is making his way to West Sussex on Friday, June 15, is no stranger to the music world and has been a consistent favourite with his work on ITV’s X-Factor, plus gaining a strong following from his days as a C4 presenter interviewing a host of the biggest names in the industry.

The opening act of Three Friday Nights is soon to be released.
