Collection success

ON behalf of the Meningitis Trust, I would like to thank the people of Worthing for giving generously to our cause in the town centre on Sunday, October 16.

We held a street collection which raised £231.73, a sum which will go towards offering practical and emotional support to anyone affected by meningitis. We are also dedicated to raising lifesaving awareness of meningitis in the community. But, we are reliant on voluntary donations to continue our work, so events such as this are essential to our future.

We are always looking for people to help with the work of the Trust by getting involved in fund-raising – whether it’s taking on a once in a lifetime challenge, or holding a sponsored walk, you can be assured that your efforts will make a huge difference to thousands of people across the UK who are living with the impact of the disease right now. Visit our website for more information about what we do and how you can help,
