HAS anybody else noticed the Post Office is no longer issuing the Certificate of Posting form?
It appears they have decided that each item that requires a certificate of posting must be entered into the computer.
As I often post up to 40 items each week, then if it takes one to two minutes for the input, I will be at the counter for 40 to 80 minutes, to the detriment of those queuing behind me.
Normally, I would have the form completed and it takes no more that two minutes for the staff to check the addresses and stamp the form. I realise that as a nationalised company, the management does not care about customers, but this is ridiculous.
My suggestion is, fire the person who thought of this idea and use their, no doubt substantial, salary to reintroduce the Certificate of Posting form.
