Channel 4's Coach Trip looking for contestants

Fancy going on the trip of a lifetime - for free?

Well, you could be packing your bags sooner than you think because the hit travel show Coach Trip is returning to E4 - and they're looking for pairs of potential tourists.

For anyone unfamiliar with Coach Trip, the sun-soaked reality show sees several teams of two heading off on a coach tour together around popular tourist destinations for 20 to 50 days, alongside guide Brendan Sheerin.

But - and it's a big but - there's a catch. To stay on the coach and avoid being voted out by their travel companions, contestants have to impress each other, otherwise they are ejected from the coach.

The way it works is that passengers vote for those they don’t like travelling with at the end of each day. Whoever gets the most votes is awarded a yellow card and, if they are voted for again, they receive a red card - which means they’re sent packing and replaced by a new couple.

The winning pair earn an extended stay at a luxury hotel in the final destination.

"You can be best friends, family, colleagues or even apply as a solo traveller", reads an advert on the Channel 4 website.
