Guests are invited to an awards evening to celebrate the best in business on the South Coast.

A drinks reception will greet guests on arrival from 6.45 where they will then be called to a 3 course meal with half a bottle of wine per person at 7.20.

The awards ceremony will follow the meal

The dress code for this event is black tie

Crispy wrapped smoked duck with celeriac & walnut slaw with burnt apple puree
(V) Spiced butternut, caramelized apple, pinenut & Brighton blue cheese and green olive vierge

Main

Pan Fried corn fed chicken breast, fondant, asparagus, spinach, bacon, parsley & red wine
(V) Wild mushroom & goats cheese, confit bell red pepper, zucchini, asparagus & cherry tomato salsa

Dessert

Brulee Chocolate salted peanut, vanilla cream & peanut brittle
