Creativity wins title for duo
A TEAM of girls from Years 7, 8 and 9 at Our Lady of Sion School in Worthing took part in the West Sussex Junior Gymnastics Competition. Eight schools from the area competed in all four sections.
Holly Bosson and Gina Bielski, both Year 9 pupils, won the Pair Apparatus section. They were six points clear of the second place score, and the judges commented on their wonderful creativity and innovative ideas in their sequence.
The school team did well in their other events and were placed third overall.
Julie House, their coach, said: "This is a marvellous result and I am very proud of them."
