GORING Cricket Club suffered a eight-wicket defeat to high-flying Billingshurst in Sussex League Division 2 on Saturday.
Sam Thorns top-scored with 69 as Goring were all out for 125.
Stuart Barber then struck 66 not out and Dhanushka Mitipolaarachchi hit an unbeaten 43 as Billingshurst reached their target in just 20.2 overs.
