CROYDON ARE NEXT AFTER MATT'S TREBLE
ARUNDEL Football Club will entertain Croydon of Ryman League Division 2 in the FA Vase 1st round proper on October 29 after they hammered Frimley Green at Mill Road on Saturday.
A stunning hat-trick by Matt Huckett helped Arundel through to meet Croydon after they sent fractious Frimley Green packing back to Surrey with an emphatic performance.
The explosive striker started the proceedings as early as the first minute when he followed up a Jason Wimbleton free kick that rebounded off the bar. Green goalkeeper Neil Taylor was booked for handling the ball outside of his area and as the game went on, the visitors managed to collect a total of five cautions after they declared a feud with referee Tim Slater from Kent.
