Littlehampton A hosted improved Lancing Empire. After an early upset which saw the home team trailing 3-1, they turned the match around to win 6-3 and now head the division.

Mick Rowland opened with a 3-2 win over Empire’s Jordan Langridge. The Empire took the next three games.

In a close match between BDO player Andy Hills and county A player Jason Yates, Hills missed a 147 finish to clinch the match and had to watch Yates secure the win. Matt Bourner lost 3-0 to Empire’s Luke Robinson, and when Littlehampton’s James Stephenson squandered 33 darts at missed doubles he went down 3-2 to Frank Davidson.

But Littlehampton took the last five games 3-0 thanks to Terry Howse, Jason Hills,Gary Blackwood, Cliff Prior and Craig Stoner. Prior and Blackwood were men of the match.
