FOOTBALL: Late goal denies Rebels victory at Whitstable

WORTHING Football Club blew 2-0 and 3-1 leads in their 3-3 draw at Whitstable in Ryman League Division 1 South on Tuesday (April 13).

Rebels looked to be in control when they went 2-0 up in just 20 minutes through a Gary Sayer own goal, although Stuart Axten was claiming it, and powerful strike from Chamal Fenelon.

Whitstable got a goal back on 40 minutes when Brett Patton was adjudged to have handled and Ian Pullman scored from the penalty spot.
