Mullets are celebrating their 125th anniversary this year and football fans will be given the chance to quiz both on their differing paths in football on Friday, October 24, from 7.30pm.

Mullery won the FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Cup in his time at Tottenham Hotspur and captained England during his career. He then had two spells in charge of Brighton as manager.

Barber is chief executive at Brighton & Hove Albion, and was previously director of marketing and communications at The Football Association.

The event is being sponsored by Piglet’s Pantry, who supply the Albion with their pies at home matches.

Mullets hope the evening will be well attended and help to provide some much-needed funds for the club, following the flooding which hit the club hard earlier this year.

Tickets are £12.50, and include a pie and chip supper, which can be ordered in advance by emailing Mullets on arundelfc@btconnect. com
