The Foxes are third in the Premier League after Sunday’s 0-0 draw at Wolves. They also host Brighton in the FA Cup fifth round on Wednesday and travel to Slavia Prague in the last 32 of the Europa League in 10 days.

Albrighton said: “It’s exciting. Obviously, the games are coming thick and fast and different competitions and we’re fighting on all fronts.

“That’s what we looked to do at the start of season. We wanted to be in each competition as long as possible.

“We’ve got a chance to go into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, which is a fantastic opportunity for us and we’ll be looking to go and put on a big performance and get the result on Wednesday.”

Albrighton was a second-half substitute in the draw at Molineux as the Foxes missed the chance to draw level with Manchester United in second.

Leicester are two points behind United and seven adrift of leaders Manchester City after they hammered Liverpool 4-1.

“A point, on reflection, was a good point, a hard-fought point and one we can be pleased with and feel like we’ve earned,” Albrighton told LCFCTV.

“That’s been our motto a lot this season, in terms of at the start of season we were either winning games or losing games and we had to get back to: if we can’t win it, yes, like you say, don’t lose it.”

Brighton's point at Burnley last Saturday was a decent way to end an excellent week, after victories over Tottenham and Liverpool.

“We've taken seven points in seven days and if you'd have offered us that at the start of the week I would have snapped your hand off.”

Brighton are expected to make a few changes for Wednesday night's FA Cup clash at the King Power. Adam Webster is unlikely to start after he rolled his ankle at Burnley, while Solly March has been ruled out for 12 weeks after he sustained a knee injury at Liverpool.

Steven Alzate could well return to the starting XI and there could also be debuts for Polish duo Jakub Moder and Michal Karbownik.
