Results have not always gone Albion's way and as we approach the final eight matches, Graham Potter's team are just six points above the relegation places.
Performances have however been encouraging and there have been certain players who have been continually competed at a high level...win, lose or draw.
It has also been a season of change as a new goalkeeper has emerged, while new arrivals have settled well and made their mark.

5. Joel Veltman 8/10
Veltman takes his place at right wing back but he could have played anywhere along the back. Lamptey would have had this spot but Veltman has been excellent since Lamptey's hamstring problems and fully justifies his place. 900k for a Dutch international at the peak of his career...what a signing!
6. Yves Bissouma 9/10
The Mali international has been one of Albion's most consistent performers this season. Bissouma has been Potter's main man following the departure of Dale Stephens and injuries to Davy Propper. Plays in a deeper role and adds protection for the defence but drives forward with purpose and has a heck of a shot on him as well. Brighton will do well to keep him this summer.
7. Adam Lallana 8/10
Has had a few injury and illness issues following his free transfer from Liverpool but when he plays, his quality is there for all to see. Has been fully fit for the last month and his performances from the Leicester onwards have been exceptional. A class act on and off the pitch and his signing was a gamble worth taking
8. Pascal gross 8/10
Quite the surprise package this season. The German has been a regular and trusted member in Potter's midfield. Covers so much ground, presses well and very efficient with his passing. Quality delivery from crosses and set-pieces. Much to like about Gross this campaign.
