'Perplexing tactics!' Brighton fans react to Adam Lallana substitution and a second half West Brom shocker

Brighton head coach Graham Potter received criticism from the fans after a 1-1 draw against West Brom

An unfortunate own goal from West Brom’s Jake Livermore gave Brighton a deserved first-half lead and looked to have been enough for all three points before Karlan Grant fired home his first goal for his club in the 83rd minute and seal a point for the Baggies.

Albion fans were annoyed at a tepid second half display and also the pre-planned substitution of Adam Lallana, who was replaced by Pascal Gross on 61 minutes. Lallana had been one of Albion's best players on the night.

@MJSowerby Regarding Trossard up top. I look at it like this. If I was a CB I'd much rather play against Trossard then Connolly/Welbeck. Literally makes zero sense #bhafc
