STORRINGTON Football Club moved five points clear of the County League Division 2 relegation zone with a 3-1 victory over local rivals Steyning Town on Tuesday evening.
The win also leaves Swans needing just two points from their final two games to ensure their safety.
After few chances in the first half of the County League Division 2 game, Swans went ahead on 47 minutes when sub Ollie Setchell crossed for Richard Ayres to divert the ball home.
The hosts doubled their lead on 54 minutes as Setchell again crossed from the right, and John Langridge was allowed to chest down on the edge of the six-yard box and volley home.
Rob Clark got a goal back for Steyning 12 minutes from time but Storrington sealed their win in the final minute through Iain Jarvie.
On Saturday, Swans had lost 4-3 away to Westfield when the hosts scored a last-minute winner.
