The Crystal Palace winger, 27, scored both goals for the Eagles in their 2-0 win at Cardiff last Saturday — including a stunning strike from outside the box.

And boss Pulis has told anyone thinking about taking a punt on Punch to look elsewhere.

There have been very few genuine high points in what has been a disastrous first season at Manchester United for David Moyes, but one common denominator in almost every performance of note has been the involvement of Shinji Kagawa.
