The new deal means the competition, which was launched back in 1883, will continue to be named the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup.

Parafix first kicked off their support of the competition back in 2012 and have been instrumental behind the scenes in helping to restore the magic and status of the cup.

The support of Parafix is something Sussex County FA chief executive Ken Benham knows is vital for the competition to flourish. He said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Parafix have renewed their agreement to sponsor the Parafix Sussex Senior Challenge Cup – it is brilliant news for not only us but Sussex football as a
whole.

“Over the past few seasons, the profile of the competition has grown and this is in no small part down to the support from our friends at Parafix.”

Parafix is the UK’s leading convertor and distributor of self-adhesive materials from the world’s top manufacturers including 3M, using state-of-the-art equipment to cut tapes to highly accurate specifications.

On average, consumers in the UK touch an item containing a Parafix product up to 30 times a day, whether it is a mobile phone, a television or a car.
