The winners of Tuesday’s match will meet either Dorking or Faversham in the final next Saturday.

Brighton & Hove Albion loanee Jordan Maguire-Drew and Harvey Sparks were on target against Ramsgate and Rebels joint manager Jon Meeney said: “Reaching the play-offs was the aim because every season you look to try and better the previous if you can, in every aspect.

“We wanted to continue the good work that Adam Hinshelwood did last year and with the new pitch and George (Dowell) coming in we wanted to make it extra special.

“We always knew that with a few tweaks here and there and the players buying into it we could be positive and progressive throughout the course of the season.

“To secure home advantage is good. It will be nice to bring a fantastic crowd back here to Woodside Road hopefully on Tuesday.”
