Zamora has missed the last four matches and Baldock was ruled out of Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Birmingham, after limping off just before half-time against Burnley on Saturday.

Seagulls boss Chris Hughton said: “Both are unavailable for Monday but hopefully both will be available for Friday.

“Sam is the one we’re perhaps more pleased with. He went off with a hamstring problem and we know that is one that can drag on a little bit but it’s not anywhere near as bad as it could have been.

“It may be a little bit neural but he was out running today, so we’re hopeful with Sam for Friday.

“Bobby is Bobby. It’s not something that we’re not used to. He’s been great for us but he has periods where it takes a little bit longer than normal but we’re hopeful.”

Uwe Hunemeier and Solly March remain long-term injury absentees for Albion.
