Ladies Midweek Salver at Mid Sussex Golf Club

On a windy but mostly sunny day, 32 ladies competed for the Salver at Mid Sussex Golf Club on Tuesday 21st July.

The game was followed by a delicious afternoon tea of sandwiches and scones, with all the trimmings.

The overall winner of the Salver was Val Dickens with a nett score of 68; as a result, Val saw her handicap cut from 12 to 11. Well done Val!

Div 1: 1st Val Dickens (68), 2nd Ann Morgan (71), 3rd Janet Ridden (72)

Div 2: 1st Kay Miles (72), 2nd Sue Knight (74), 3rd Dawn Plant (75)

All the winners received beautiful flower & plant arrangements which were displayed on a table decorated with flowers in county colours created by Jane Cowley.

Thanks to Ann for organising a lovely day and to the catering staff for the delicious tea.
