It's a four-team race now
THE BATTLE for the Sussex Invitation League title is now between four clubs believes Findon CC captain Nigel Waller, after his side's six-wicket defeat at nearest-rivals Crawley Eagles.
Eagles are now 15 points behind Findon with a game in hand and Waller says that makes Eagles the favourites. He said: "I'd probably have them down as favourites. But, all the top teams have got to play each other in the next few weeks. We have a free week, then play Billingshurst and Ifield.
"Billingshurst are creeping up and will be in a confident mood after their run of results and Ifield are still in it as well."
