Launchbury out of England squad
FORMER Worthing Raiders Rugby Club star Joe Launchbury has been ruled out of England’s tour to South Africa through injury.
Launchbury had made his debut for England in a non-cap game against Barbarians last month but a knee injury has prevented the lock from making his full debut in South Africa this summer.
London Irish flanker Jamie Gibson has been called up into the squad in place of Wasps’ Launchbury.
Another former Raider, Joe Marler, is still in the England squad.
