A BUSY week at Worthing Pavilion Bowling Club was capped as they awarded their indoor competition winners at the presentation evening.
All winners were awarded their respective trophies at the event attended by club members.
Alan Sweetman-Hicks won the silver jack with Clive Pettican runner-up. John Wright and Robin Forrester beat Frank Boswell and John Winkley in the drawn handicap pairs and Sylvia Faithful and Alan Vidler overcame Marina Crayston and Tim Baldwin in the mixed pairs.
Australian pairs winners were Paul Hodges and Alan Vidler, they beat David Virgo and Barry Ledger in the final. John Frew and Gavin Beven took the honours in the championship pairs, as Neil Kerkhove and Warwick Davis finished runners-up.
Barry Torode, Hodges and Vidler won the championship triples, as Beven, Roger Rosenberg and Tony Batchelor finished second.
Andy Burns beat George Rhodes in the Warwick Davis plate, Beven triumphed over Frew in the two wood singles, and Forrester took victory over Vidler in the handicap singles.
Frew beat Westlake in the championship singles and Vidler was the victor in the Victor Ludoram cup.
