Keith Wood, son of Pearl and Stanley, has created a website in tribute to his parents’ dancing school and shows.

He said: “A large amount of ephemera survives and can now be viewed on the website, including original show programmes and full original scripts for 19 of the 24 pantomimes.

“The website is also being augmented with press clippings, courtesy of the Herald, and with the patient assistance of the staff at Worthing Reference Library.

“However, some items are missing, hence this appeal.”

Keith is appealing to anyone who was involved in the shows, or attended the dancing school, for any photographs or programmes they may still have.

In particular, he is hopeful of finding the programme for the 1970 dancing display or any of the missing pantomime scripts – Cinderella (1956), Robinson Crusoe (1967), Snow White (1971), Sinbad (1972) or Queen of Hearts (1973).

If you have any of these programmes or scripts, or indeed anything to do with any aspect of school, please get in touch with Keith Wood by phone on 0151 324 1959, or visit the website – www.pearlhoodstanleywood.org.uk – and click on the email link at the top of the page.
