Aware the touring group had been excited for many months and keen to maintain the mental health of everyone within their rugby family, the tour organisers worked together formulating an alternative. A virtual tour encompassing as many activities as possible for both children and their parents was constructed. Each family posted a picture of themselves wearing rugby shirts and HP paraphernalia at 5pm on Friday, following this there was a Zoom where each family took part in a scavenger hunt. Worthing RFC minis organise Harry Potter-inspired virtual tour
Worthing RFC Mini’s section we’re due on their annual tour this weekend, tour organiser (Julie Oakford) had organised a Harry Potter inspired tour to Osmington Bay for an activity adventure weekend incorporating a rugby festival on Sunday, however the Coronavirus lockdown cancelled the tour.
