Hall was at Max Strength Gym, in Worthing, as the gym celebrated being open for a year.

Hall has recently pulled a 445kg deadlift, which is a British record, and he was more than happy to spend the day teaching those in attendance how to perform events which included the log press, Atlas Stones, Conan’s Wheel and the deadlift. There was also the opportunity to challenge Hall to MAS wrestling.

People came from as far as Norway to support the event, which was organised by Julian Howard, from Eastleigh, and hosted by gym owner Matt Szczerbinski.

Hall will be in action in this year’s World’s Strongest Man programme, which will be run over Christmas.
